We aim to provide delicious and high-quality products. Your satisfaction is our priority. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a purchase or seek a refund. Please read our policy on returns and refunds carefully.


Non-Perishable Items: We accept returns of non-perishable items within 2 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Perishable Items: Due to the nature of our products, perishable items (such as prepared meals or fresh produce) cannot be returned.

Receipt or Proof of Purchase: To be eligible for a return, you must present a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.


Cancellation before Preparation: If you cancel your order before the preparation begins, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation after Preparation: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for orders cancelled after the preparation of the food has started.
